Questions, answered
Is it safe for children?
Yes. Every squishy inside is made from non-toxic, child-safe materials and tested against international toy safety standards before it reaches our shelves. As with any small toy, we recommend adult supervision for children under 3.
How many surprises are included?
There are 24 doors and 24 squishies — one surprise for every day of December leading up to Christmas. No two are the same.
What ages is this perfect for?
Ages 4 and up love it most, and we regularly hear from teenagers and adults who collect them too. It's a genuine all-family gift.
When should I order for the holidays?
As early as you can. We pack and dispatch within 4–5 business days, and most US deliveries then arrive 3–5 business days after that. Our holiday editions are produced in limited runs too, so the most popular sets sell out well before December.
Are all squishies different?
They are. Every calendar contains 24 unique designs, with collectible characters and a few rare additions sprinkled through the run to make the countdown exciting.
Is this a good gift idea?
It's one of our most gifted items — for children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. It arrives in gift-ready packaging, so it looks beautiful straight out of the box.
Do you offer returns?
All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges, because every calendar is a sealed mystery box. See our FAQ for the full details.
